We offer our clients inventive, exquisite, and understated floral and event décor as well as wedding planning. Loop offers day-of planning and coordination to ensure your event runs as flawlessly as it looks.
Our event design and wedding styling services include all visual aspects that contribute to the expression of the event. This includes overall concept and design, color palette, consultation on bridal party fashions, floral design, tabletop design and rentals, lounge areas and furniture rental, coordinating and creating graphic collateral, consultation on lighting, and all the little details.
Loop will travel for out of town weddings, as well as offering event design consultation by phone and internet.
Starting in 2009 we will start offering DIY packages for Bay Area clients as well as long distance clients.
The events we do typically range from 20- 30 % of the overall budget. Though we do make exceptions, for weekend events, most of our floral budgets start at $5000 plus tax, installation, and delivery. In the off-season, we are happy to accommodate a smaller budget. In addition to the floral elements as part of your decor, it's a good idea to establish a budget for rentals and lighting.
The flowers and décor are a fundamental aspect to any significant event as they set a tone of celebration and reverence. For this reason, it is important to find the right designer who meshes with your style as well as your personality. We recommend contacting us early as we limit the number of events we do.
